So freaking mad right now.. Had an appointment today to get my cat neutered, I show up at the time I am told to be there and guess what they decided that a conference in Orlando was more important then keeping the scheduled appointment they made for my cat. Never received a call from them to tell me this. I drove a 40mins out of my way to get to this appointment on time and this is what this company has to show for it. Totally unbelievable and very unprofessional. Never again will I use this company and I will let other know how you treat your clients.
